This policy describes how Tneconnimi Coworking Group LLC, using the public brand TNECO, handles information in connection with this information website and related subscriber correspondence. It describes the current information website and must be updated if its data processing changes.

1. Information we receive

When you email us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business email address, company details and the contents of your inquiry. Please do not email payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification numbers or unrelated sensitive records.

Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. The current site does not contain a contact-submission form, advertising trackers or audience-analytics scripts.

2. How information is used

We use correspondence to respond to inquiries, arrange subscription inquiries and onboarding, provide support, maintain business records and protect the services. Hosting information is used to deliver the website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. We do not sell personal information or use this site for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Service providers

The site is hosted using ChatGPT Sites and its infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare. Our company correspondence uses Gmail. If we issue a Stripe-hosted invoice or billing-management link, Stripe processes the payment and billing information submitted there. We do not receive full payment-card numbers from Stripe. These providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information when needed to comply with a legal obligation, address fraud or a security incident, or protect legal rights. Provider processing can occur in the United States and other countries.

4. Cookies and local storage

This site does not add analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting, security and any access-control services may use cookies or related technology necessary to provide their functions. Stripe-hosted pages operate separately and may use their own cookies. Browser controls can limit storage, although some necessary functions may be affected.

5. Retention and security

We keep information for the period reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, ongoing subscriber support, security, recordkeeping and applicable legal obligations. Provider logs and records are subject to provider retention practices. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

6. Requests and choices

Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion or other privacy rights that apply to your information. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where a valid obligation or exception applies. An email inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

7. Children

This business information website and its subscription-inquiry process are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. A product with different audience requirements or data processing must provide appropriate disclosures separately.

8. Updates and contact

We will update this policy as processing changes and show the revised date. Material changes will be communicated as required.
