Cancellation & refunds

Before payment

An inquiry creates no payment obligation. Before a paid subscription begins, Tneconnimi Coworking Group LLC (TNECO) provides its product or service description, price, currency, billing period, renewal method, included access or deliverables, and specific cancellation/refund terms.

How to cancel

Email TneconnimiCoworkingGroupLLC@gmail.com from your subscription email. If Stripe billing-portal access is provided, you may also use its cancellation controls. We confirm cancellation and its effective date in writing.

Unless the accepted offer provides a different permitted arrangement, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period. Submit cancellation before the next renewal charge is processed. Canceling future renewals does not by itself reverse an existing charge.

Refund requests

Contact us promptly about duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized payments, access not delivered as described, or another service problem. Include the invoice reference and a concise explanation, without full payment-card details. We review requests against the accepted offer, actual delivery and applicable law, then explain the outcome or proposed remedy.

Approved refunds are sent through the original payment provider where possible. Arrival time depends on the provider and financial institution. No decision under this policy removes a refund, cancellation or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
